- According to the 34/2002 Law from the 11th of July , the contract will be presumed as held at the holder of the website address (Elda, Alicante, España). If there was any disagreement arisen as a consequence of the present contractual relation and they could not be solved in a friendly way, the litigation will submit to the Consume Arbitration Service of Alicante Province.
