Philosophy
We are a very old company going back to 1929. We have not only served some of our customers for more than 50 years but have also been supplied by the same vendors for the same period of time. It is perfectly normal for people to work for 30 or 40 years in our factory - some even spend their whole working lives here.
This continuity has allowed us to build very extensive and in-depth know-how in the manufacturing of all types of women's shoes.
Our philosophy has always been to combine our staff's comprehensive expertise and the traditional craftsmanship in shoe-making typical to the Elda area with state-of-the-art technology in machinery, processes and novel materials.
We have always boasted one of the most state-of-the-art factories since we have consistently refurbished our facilities in sync with the progress in this industry and even today we own one of the best equipped and most up-to-date production sites in Spain.
In terms of markets we are clearly oriented towards export and currently export our shoes to over 40 countries in almost every part of the world.
Our hallmarks are the high quality of our handcrafted shoes and the international fashion slant for modern women. We aim to stress femininity and elegance, want women to feel admired for the way they dress and for the shoes they wear.
Our guiding principle is "once a woman buys a pair of Magrit shoes she should be longing to buying the next pair already."
